Natural Search (SEO) Account Manager

Location:  London & Manchester Offices

The Candidate

We are looking for an experienced technical Natural Search (SEO) Account Manager to join our growing Natural Search division.  The candidate will have at least 2 years Natural Search (SEO) experience working either client or agency side and have experience working across the full spectrum of core Natural Search (SEO) techniques.   The candidate will ideally come from programming background with excellent IT skills.  Whilst being strong technically the candidate must also possess good communications skills.  Career development is extremely important to us and the successful candidate will have fantastic opportunities to move up within the company.

Key job roles

• Providing technical analysis and assisting the sales team in new business pitches
• Writing technical Natural Search reports for clients and providing clear recommendations on Natural Search best practice
• Providing clients with advice and problem solving on technical Natural Search implementation
• Writing monthly client update reports
• Managing and building long term relationships with Natural Search clients

Required skills/knowledge

• Strong technical experience
• Ability to achieve results for clients
• Advanced database programming experience using ASP, ASP.net  and PHP preferred
• Excellent knowledge of HTML
• Knowledge of web server architecture and settings
• Advanced technical Natural Search implementation experience including URL re-writing and server redirects
• Strong knowledge of content management systems
• Experience in a range of web analytics tools
• Strong data analysis, numerical, research and organizational skills
• Good communicator -written English preferred
